Betsy Vankula is a global technology sales leader focused on shaping the future of travel at the intersection of AI, creativity, and human connection. With a deep love for travel and a people-first leadership philosophy, she builds teams and partnerships that help the world’s most influential brands turn cutting-edge technology into real-world impact.

As Global Director of Enterprise Travel Sales at StackAdapt, Betsy was brought in to build the company’s travel business from the ground up. She believes AI should make marketing smarter, more transparent, and more human—helping brands move faster without losing sight of the traveler experience. Her work spans strategy, talent development, and close collaboration across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams. Before StackAdapt, Betsy spent two decades at Google helping brands adopt Search, YouTube, programmatic, and AI-driven media. She partnered with senior leaders across travel and retail to navigate digital transformation, launch new technologies, and rethink marketing in an AI-first world.

She’s known for building trusted executive relationships and teams that thrive through change. A strong advocate for developing talent, Betsy believes great leaders are measured by the people they grow. As a mentor, sponsor, and ally, she’s committed to building inclusive, high-performing cultures where people do their best work. Outside of work, Betsy is most proud of being a wife and mother of three. She believes travel expands perspective and empathy—and makes us better humans.

When she’s not working or exploring somewhere new, she’s reading, cooking, wake surfing, playing paddle tennis, or diving into her newest hobby, needlepoint.
