Emily Gibson is the Vice President of Marketing at Vail Resorts, the world's largest ski resort management company and home of the Epic Pass. In her role, she leads strategy, revenue growth, innovation, and demand generation for four of Vail Resorts' ancillary lines of business: Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Retail, and the newly launched premium gear subscription service, My Epic Gear. Collectively, these businesses generate over $600 million in annual revenue. Emily’s teams focus on deepening guest engagement and enhancing the on-mountain experience through guest-centric marketing and ancillary innovation.
Prior to her current role, she led marketing for the Epic Pass business and the Resort Marketing team for the West region portfolio. Before joining Vail Resorts, Emily spent seven years at General Mills, where she led marketing for iconic brands such as Nature Valley, Lucky Charms, and Betty Crocker. Prior to her time in consumer packaged goods, she began her career in book publishing, honing her skills in brand storytelling and audience engagement.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder. An avid traveler and passionate skier, Emily loves exploring new destinations with her family.
