Jaime Kelm is a data and analytics leader with more than a decade of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, specializing in using data to drive revenue strategy and fan engagement. He currently serves as Senior Director of Data Innovation & Strategy at San Diego Wave FC of the National Women’s Soccer League, where he leads the club’s data infrastructure, analytics and business intelligence efforts across all front office operations. He holds both undergraduate and graduate level degrees from San Diego State University, where he was also a Division I All-American rugby player.
