Sr. Director, Engineering – Digital Experience Choice Hotels International

Jennifer (Jenni) Miller is an experienced technology director with over 20 years leading software engineering teams. As the Sr. Director of Engineering on Choice Hotel’s Digital Experience domain, Jenni is responsible for Choice’s website, iOS and Android mobile applications, and internal call center reservation system. Choice Hotels is one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, but is more than a hospitality company. Choice is an exciting intersection of the travel, hospitality, and franchising sectors, fueled by the power of cutting-edge technology to welcome every guest, every partner, everywhere their journey takes them.

During her six years at Choice Hotels, Jenni has had a variety of accomplishments utilizing her ability to implement complex technology initiatives that align with Choice's business objectives. She collaborated on Choice's “cloud-first” strategic initiative by moving the Choice Hotels website and its content and digital assets management system from on-prem infrastructure to the AWS cloud platform. Most recently, she successfully led her Digital Experience team to complete the integration of Radisson Hotels' 9 brands and close to 600 properties onto Choice's digital channels in less than a year.

Prior to her role at Choice, Jenni has held various technology leadership roles at Wells Fargo. Jenni’s interests expand beyond the technology domain, and she’s taken on the opportunity to contribute to the company at large by her role in the corporate culture. She recently completed a 3-year tenure on Choice’s Diversity Advisory Council and is an active member of the Women’s Business Alliance. Jenni resides in the Phoenix area with her husband and two teen boys. In her free time, she loves to travel and recently completed her 8th cruise…with two more to go this year!
