With over two decades in marketing and hospitality, Jennifer Rouse has a robust knowledge base of local, restaurant and outdoor hospitality. Currently the Director of Marketing for Kampgrounds of America Inc.’s owned and operated campgrounds, Jen excels at experience-driven and customer-focused marketing tactics. She leads a team of passionate local marketers who manage all strategy and integrations for over 50 KOA campgrounds and has been a key player in building brand loyalty and customer satisfaction – with her campground portfolio recently reaching a systemwide 72 Net Promoter Score. When not promoting the outdoors, Jen is living in it. She is an active athlete, competing and completing 2 times in the Transplant Games of America, earning medals in cycling, swimming and triathlon.
