Becky Sherman is a global design leader with a passion for weaving together the threads of science, art, and human-centricity to shape impactful Design organizations. With over a decade of experience as a UX leader, Becky is the Director of UX at American Airlines, where she orchestrates a talented team dedicated to simplifying the travel journey for both their customers and employees. They focus on how to deliver seamless experiences across on the travel touchpoints from inspiration to destination.   Prior to American, Becky was a digital leader at Siemens, Reachlocal and MetroPCS. Her career journey spans more than 20 years, during which she’s navigated through the digital landscape, holding pivotal roles in Product and Engineering. This unique blend has afforded her the insights to strike a harmonious balance between value, feasibility, and the crux of it all—customer centricity.
