With over 18 years of experience in the airline industry, 10 with Delta Air Lines, Chris currently serves as General Manager of Reservations Channel Strategy. Chris’s teams strategize, ideate, develop, and deliver customer and specialist experiences through technology, process, and policy enhancements, focusing on Delta's customer communication channels (i.e., Voice, Messaging, Email, and Social) within the Reservations Division. Chris is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Reservation Channel space and ensures alignment with Delta’s overall strategic servicing direction. Partnering to align and influence roadmaps across Digital, IT, Revenue Management, Alliances, ACS & Operational Excellence, he supports the responsibilities of identifying cross-channel opportunities and guides internal and external teams in closing seams and customer friction points.
