Previously, Nancy served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Her focus was on aligning marketing technology with business strategy to drive revenue and brand growth across a diverse portfolio of properties. Under her leadership, the team optimized marketing channels, leading to sustained well above-market revenue growth.
Earlier in her career, as Corporate Director of eCommerce at Pyramid Hotel Group, Nancy developed expertise in SEO, paid search, and email marketing, leveraging large-scale data analysis and team training to drive performance. Her strategic initiatives led to measurable revenue growth and positioned the organization as a leader in digital marketing innovation.
