Nancy was recently recognized in New York as one of the 2024 HSMAI Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing & Revenue, an honor awarded by her industry peers. She also serves as the 2025 HSMAI Marketing Board Chair, following her role as Co-Chair in 2024 where she is dedicated to shaping the future of the hospitality marketing landscape.
Previously, Nancy served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Her focus was on aligning marketing technology with business strategy to drive revenue and brand growth across a diverse portfolio of properties. Under her leadership, the team optimized marketing channels, leading to sustained well above-market revenue growth.
Earlier in her career, as Corporate Director of eCommerce at Pyramid Hotel Group, Nancy developed expertise in SEO, paid search, and email marketing, leveraging large-scale data analysis and team training to drive performance. Her strategic initiatives led to measurable revenue growth and positioned the organization as a leader in digital marketing innovation. With a career defined by visionary leadership, data-driven strategy, and a passion for hospitality marketing, Nancy continues to drive innovation and success in the industry.
